  • Invitation for the special Function ( Certificate Distribution Function) based on the successful completion of the Montessori worksheets.
    Our entire MH family proudly invites you along with our little champs for the Certificate Distribution Ceremony regarding the completion of worksheets. The function is scheduled from March 10th 2021 to March 17th 2021. By maintaining all the Covid Protocols we will be inviting 10 students at a time. It is a golden opportunity for our young stars to visit our school with their parents. The time schedule for each class will be intimated by the class teachers. Your presence is valued!!!!

  • MH Story Writing Competition in English in connection with COVID19.
    Dear parent
    During the COVID-19, humanity has faced various situations that invoke human interest. There are stories of innovation, sacrifice, going beyond the call of duty, challenges faced and creatively solved, humour, finding joy in adversity etc. It will be highly useful to document these stories for the benefit of society for future reference. Therefore, we are planning to conduct a Story writing Competition for our students.
    1.Categories of Participation:
     i. Primary Class 3 to 5
     ii Middle Class 6 to 8
     iii Secondary Class 9 to 10
    2.Themes of Stories:
      The story can be about:
    Ø  A person overcoming adversity
    Ø  Sacrifice and /or going beyond call of duty
    Ø  Creative solution to a challenging situation
    Ø  Funny stories
    Ø  Innovations done that helped many.
    3. Guidelines on Stories:
    ·The story should be in English, in not more than 600-650 words, and should strive to be neutral and objective.
    ·The story must be related to experiences of teaching, learning, outreach, inclusion, use of technology, etc,: basically anything related to school education
    · At the centre of the story , there should be a person or persons in the context of school education-therefore, the story could be about a teacher, a member of the local -self -government, a student, a parent, a volunteer, a school, etc. who did exemplar and extraordinary work, out of the routine, during this period. The story should revolve around this person/s and his/her/their experiences.
    ·The story can contain dialogues/conversations/photographs. Story may be written to appeal to the emotional side of the reader.
    ·At the beginning of the story, the name of the teacher/volunteer/etc. may be given only if they agree to give name. Names of students below 18 years, if any, may be given only with parental consent.
    Examples of a story -the teacher who began teaching on the village loudspeaker in Kachchh, Gujarat, the teacher who used the walls of houses as blackboards in Jharkhand, etc.
    4. Last date of Submission.
    The last date of the submission is on 1st March 2021, 3pm . The story must be in word format and must be send as a pdf. Once the story is completed the students can send it to their respective class teachers through WhatsApp.
    One best entry per category will be selected by school for submission to CBSE.

  • Road Safety Awareness Programme on 17th February 2021 at 11:00am
    MH English school has conducted Road Safety Awareness Programme on 17th February 2021 at 11:00am. The session was led by Ponnani Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector Mr. Arun Kumar. All students from Grade X along with their parents attended the class. The live streaming of the class through youtube was arranged for all the other students and teachers. The class was very interactive and the students got a clear cut idea about Road Safety Rules. The students were also encouraged to reflect on how they would help in future to ensure road safety for all.
