Right now is a great and important time in history to do everything possible to help forge a more gender-balanced world. Women have come a long way, yet there is still more to be achieved. As the world heads toward International Women’s Day 2019, step-by-step planning is underway to celebrate women’s achievements and tenaciously challenge bias. MH is also promoting the age old culture and tradition of our great nation, where in women are respected. To inculcate the noble custom of respecting women among our children, we celebrated International Women’s day 2019 with various programs honouring women in our society. We have honoured the housekeeping staff for the humble and immensely great service rendered to the school and the society by keeping the premises clean and habitable. They are our powerful and impressive army of women who are to be respected. We have also identified and paid tribute to three noble women in our neighborhood for the admirable role they have played as a woman in the society. They have been selfless and loving mothers, who made silent, yet positive contributions to the society. We hope our children will learn to respect and appreciate the role played by women in making our society complete.

We had an emotionally charged farewell function organized for the outgoing students of Grade X. The function was graced by the presence of our Honourable Chairman Mr. T V Sidheeq. It was presided over by our Principal Mr. Gopakumar Manchamma. The occasion was blessed by the presence of our Principal’s mother Mrs. Manchamma. The students took oath that they shall keep the name of the school shining by becoming a truly great citizen of our nation. They were given parting advice by the Chairman, Principal, and teachers. The students handed over tree saplings to the Grade IX students to plant and nurture. So that they leave a positive mark of their own in the school, which will be beneficial for the future generation too.
