Quality and Education Excellence | Policy Statement

The MH Education Trust is committed to achieve the highest performance in educational Excellence and Quality Performance. This will be achieved through demonstrated leadership, ethical behaviour and adherence to local and international standards. MH will endeavour to conduct all activities in a manner that will protect the children’s internal aspirations, perceptions and mores.

Consistent with this policy MH Education will:

  • Place quality education and moral development as core values involving students, teachers, parents and management;
  • Seek continual improvement in reliability, trust and quality taking into account, responsible care, social vulnerabilities, parents, teachers and student inputs, scientific knowledge and technology, and best practices to exceed student expectations;
  • Demonstrate personal commitment towards educational excellence and moral development whilst holding our management and teachers accountable for performance in their area(s) of responsibility;
  • Communicate and consult with our parents, teachers and students for all academic and non- academic matters.
  • Actively seek ways to actively eliminate and/or minimize identified educational risks, teaching inefficiencies, academic result variances, and to avoid confusions on all educational matters
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and other requirements that the organization subscribes to internally and externally. Where ever adequate laws do not exist, we will apply standards that reflect our commitment towards this policy
  • Set, review and act upon our key performance indicators, objectives and targets

 

The policy shall be made available to our students, teachers, parents, management and other stakeholders and will be communicated so that they are aware of their individual obligations.
